Our cottage Le Clos d’Y, awarded 3 “épis” to the famous label

Located near Epernay (10 mins) and Reims (30 mins),
Le Clos d’y is a detached house, calm, modern and very beautiful… You will feel really comfortable and relaxed here!

Le Clos d’y can welcome up to 8 people.
Comprising of 3 rooms, a big kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor. A beautiful living room, a 4th spacious and ensuite bedroom is on the first floor. There is also a garden and a garage.
A really beautiful living space!
Ideal to recharge your batteries, and to spend a pleasant stay with your family or friends!

The cottage

Detached house - 170 m² with enclosed garden

Ground floor:
Dining room, open-plan kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 3 bedrooms.
First floor:
Living room - space to relax, 1 ensuite bedroom with shower room, separate WC.
Outside:
Garden, patio, garage.
We provide the cleaning set (hoover, broom, sponges, cleaning products).
Sheets are supplied and beds made before your arrival.
The bathroom linen is not included, but it is possible to supply to you a big and a small towel per person for 5€/pers. surcharge.
The house-cleaning of the end of stay is not included. If you wish, we can do it for 80€ surcharge.
For your baby we can supply a highchair and a baby cot – on request.
